Extra Dry Martini

Ingredients
- 3 oz. Akva Vodka
- 1/2 oz. DeSalins Dry Vermouth
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Pour 3 ounces of Akva Organic Vodka into a mixing glass and fill glass with ice.
- Stir a few times and set to the side.
- Pour Vermouth into a chilled martini glass and spin the glass back and forth to allow it to coat all sides of the glass.
- Dump out any remaining Vermouth. (Alternatively if you have an atomizer you can fill it partway with vermouth and use it to lightly mist all around inside of glass.)
- Return to mixing glass and stir Vodka until it is chilled and diluted--it is ready when the outside of the mixing glass is cold to the touch.
- Strain into Vermouth-rinsed martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
