Ingredients

2 oz. Mezcal
1/2 oz. King's Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz. agave syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice
Float single malt scotch

Instructions

Add all ingredients except scotch to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard.
Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice, and carefully float scotch on top of ice.
