Mezcal Penicillin
Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Mezcal
- 1/2 part(s) King's Ginger Liqueur
- 3/4 part(s) Agave syrup
- 3/4 part(s) Lemon juice
- Float single malt scotch
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except scotch to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard.
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice, and carefully float scotch on top of ice.
