The Negroni gets an update by way of dry Gin, dry Vermouth and the crisp edge of bitter bianco aperitivo. Garnish with a grapefruit twist for extra zip.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. dry Gin
- 1 oz. bitter bianco aperitivo
- 1 oz. dry Vermouth
- Grapefruit twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and add ice. Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
