A mocktail worthy of the Emerald Isle. Mix up some Ritual Zero Proof Non-Alcoholic Whiskey with lemon juice and simple syrup. Finish with Guinness Draught Non-Alcoholic and slainté!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Ritual Zero Proof Non-Alcoholic Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple syrup
- 6 oz. Guinness Draught Non-Alcoholic
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except N/A beer to cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake.
- Strain into a pint glass filled with ice.
- Add N/A beer to fill, stirring gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
