Cocktail of the month March 2021. Just when we thought Irish coffee couldn’t get any better, along comes peanut butter.

Ingredients

1 oz. Kilbrin Blended Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. Sheelin Peanut Butter Cream
5 oz. fresh brewed coffee
Whipped cream topping
Chocolate sprinkles and/or chocolate shavings

Instructions

Prepare coffee of your choice.
Warm the Irish whiskey and peanut butter cream before adding to your favorite coffee to ensure that coffee remains hot when ingredients are added.
Pour coffee, Irish whiskey, and peanut butter cream into mug or glass of choice and top with whipped cream.
Garnish with sprinkles and/or chocolate shavings.
