Overview


A nice balance of fruit and coconut, this classic Tiki cocktail is at its core a twist on a Pina Colada that was first concocted at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker without ice and shake hard, making sure to fully integrate the cream of coconut with the other ingredients.
  2. Strain into a hurricane glass or snifter filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a mint sprig
