Ruby Roy

A delish twist on the classic Rob Roy. Scotch, Vermouth, sweet Ruby Port and a dash of bitters come together for one gem of a cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Barrowmans 12 Year Superior Scotch Whisky
  • 1 oz. Grassotti Vermouth di Torino Rosso
  • 1/2 oz. Quinta das Carvalhas LBV Port
  • 2 dash(es) Angostura Bitters
  • Brandied Cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
