Spiced Champagne Punch


Champagne, spice and everything nice all in one cocktail.

Difficulty: Intermediate



  1. Combine the orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and star anise in a small pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until liquid is reduced by about half.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the white wine until fully combined. Allow mixture to cool, then move to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2-3 hours.
  4. To serve: Place 3 tablespoons of the mixture in each glass and top with chilled Champagne.
