Bubbly Apple Blossom

Instructions

  1. In an empty shaker add 2 dashes of bitters, raspberries, and elderflower liqueur.
  2. Muddle the ingredients and then fill halfway with ice and add cinnamon whisky.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a wine glass.
  4. Gently add the Stella Artois Cidre and stir.
  5. Garnish with a sugared raspberry on a toothpick.
