Ingredients: 1 part Maker's Honeysuckle; 1 part Aperix; 1 part passion fruit syrup; 1/2 part lemon juice; 3 parts Prosecco to top.

Ingredients

1 part Maker's Honeysuckle
1 part Aperix
1 part passion fruit syrup
1/2 part lemon juice
3 parts Prosecco to top.

Instructions

Add all ingredients except Prosecco to a shaker tin, add ice, and shake.
Strain into a white wine glass filled with ice.
Strain into a white wine glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.
