Sweet Tea Touchdown


Flavored with mint leaves and raspberries, this hard iced tea recipe laces freshly squeezed lemonade with sweet tea Vodka for a taste that keeps everyone cheering.

  • 3/4 cup(s) mint leaves
  • 3/4 cup(s) raspberries
  • 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 3 cup(s) cold water
  • 6 large lemons, divided
  • 2 cup(s) Sweet Tea Vodka


  1. Place mint leaves, raspberries and sugar in a 64-ounce shaker bottle or sturdy pitcher. Mash ingredients gently with the back of a wooden spoon or muddler.
  2. Stir in water to dissolve sugar. Squeeze 1 cup of lemon juice from 3 to 4 lemons. Add Sweet Tea Vodka to taste and mix well. Strain mixture into 1/2-gallon pitcher.
  3. Cut remaining lemons into wedges and reserve 6 to 8 pieces for serving. Stir unreserved wedges into spiked sweet tea. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges.
