Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Overproof Rum
- 4 part(s) Pineapple juice
- 3/4 part(s) Orange juice
- 1 part(s) Cream of coconut such as Coco Lopex
- Grated nutmeg and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake hard, making sure to fully integrate the cream of coconut with the other ingredients.
- Strain into a hurricane glass or snifter filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
