Dry and zesty wines are made with non-aromatic grapes, and typically come from the coolest climate wine regions. These wines have the least amount of sweetness added.
Light, fruity & floral
These wines have a light taste with fruity and floral notes coming from the grapes blended into the wine. Warmer climate regions tend to produce these wines.
Sweet
To make a sweeter sparkling wine, winemakers will add sugar to the wine or make their wine with aromatic grapes such as Muscat, also known as Moscato.
