FAQ
Is hemp-derived THC intoxicating?
Yes, it can be. Although the hemp-derived THC beverages that we sell are made with a low dose of THC (0.3% by dry weight or less), they are considered intoxicating and should always be consumed responsibly. They should not be consumed by women during pregnancy or while nursing infants, and of course they are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 21. Operating vehicles and equipment while under the influence of THC is not advisable.
Is low dose hemp-derived THC legal?
Yes, we only sell these products in states where they are permitted. In 2018, Congress passed the Agricultural Improvement Act (also known as the “Farm Bill”), which made it legal to farm and produce hemp products that contain delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in a concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
What do the dosages mean on the THC beverage labels?
Hemp-derived THC may affect each individual differently. Per the manufacturer labels, all THC-infused products sold in our stores are made from hemp-derived, low dose THC as required by the Farm Bill, but the containers come in different servings.. Please check the manufacturer’s label for information about serving and container size, which can affect the amount of THC per serving. We offer beverages ranging from to 2.5 mg to 10 mg per serving.
What is the best way to serve THC beverages?
The best way to serve THC-infused beverages can depend on the type of beverage and personal preference. Most THC beverages are best enjoyed chilled. This enhances their flavors and makes them more refreshing, particularly for sodas, sparkling waters, seltzers, juices and teas.
What storage conditions are ideal for THC beverages?
To maintain the quality and efficacy of infused beverages, they should be stored in a cool, dark place, but avoid freezing. After opening, THC beverages should be kept refrigerated.
Do THC-infused beverages contain alcohol?
No. Our THC beverages do not contain alcohol.
Is hemp-derived THC the same as marijuana?
No. While both hemp and marijuana are derived from the same Cannabis sativa L. plant and are psychoactive, they contain different concentrations of THC. Our THC-infused beverages are made from hemp containing 0.3% or less THC by dry weight, which can have a different and milder effect than marijuana.

Terpenes are the essential oils of the cannabis plant and are the cause of aromatics and taste. Some terpenes promote relaxation, while others may energize or help you focus. Considered a cousin to cannabinoids, terpenes are also found in many other herbs, fruits and plants.
