After retiring from a successful career in construction, Bill set out to Jalisco in search of the ideal agave-growing region, beginning a journey that would lead to the creation of Suavecito Tequila. During the class, you'll taste a selection of tequilas while exploring how factors such as elevation, agave cultivation and production methods influence flavor. Along the way, you'll learn why highland-grown agave is prized for producing tequilas known for their smooth character and distinctive fruit and floral notes.
