Come join us for an evening with the Ironroot and Saints Alley distillery team. Ironroot is a highly awarded, family-owned whiskey distillery that applies French distillation and maturation techniques to local and heirloom corn to create distinctive whiskeys. The distillery is known for its use of large copper pot stills to craft rich, intense bourbons. Saints Alley was born from the desire to combine Ironroot's pot still bourbon with lighter, more elegant bourbons from Kentucky and Indiana column stills. The resulting blend is finished in specialty casks from Europe to create a balanced and nuanced bourbon.
