Ironroot is a highly awarded, family-owned whiskey distillery known for applying French distillation and maturation techniques to local and heirloom corn to create distinctive whiskeys. Saints Alley combines Ironroot bourbon with select bourbons from Kentucky and Indiana, then finishes the blend in specialty European casks to create a balanced and nuanced whiskey.
