Join us for an evening with the Ironroot and Saints Alley distillery team. Ironroot is a highly awarded, family-owned Whiskey distillery that combines French distillation and maturation techniques with locally grown and heirloom corn to create distinctive Whiskeys. Using large copper pot stills, the distillery crafts rich, full-bodied Bourbons with remarkable depth and character. Saints Alley was born from a desire to blend Ironroot's robust pot still Bourbon with the lighter, more elegant Bourbons produced from traditional column stills in Kentucky and Indiana. The blend is then finished in select European casks to create a balanced and nuanced expression.
