Join us and discover the Rhone Valley, the oldest wine region in France, and arguably the most diverse. Famed for its prestigious Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this class will also introduce you to the other gems from the area and hidden values some of them known in France for delivering fantastic wines for a steal. Introducing you to the region will be Nicholas Gassier, from the 5-generation-old Famille Gassier Winery, an estate located at the southernmost tip of the Rhone Valley, a few miles from the Mediterranean Sea. He will tell us about the winery, nominated for European Winery of the Year by the Wine Enthusiast in 2013, and lead you through a tasting of a wide breadth of the wines Famille Gassier brings to Total Wine.
