Meet the Head Distiller of 'Florida's Craft Rum.' Dan Termini, from Cape Coral's Wicked Dolphin Rum, will be offering a Tasting and Bottle Signing of the distilleries award winning spirits. Made with all natural ingredients and Florida sugarcane, Wicked Dolphin is handcrafted in small batches using a copper pot still before barrel aging in once used American bourbon barrels.
