And just as bourbon barrel aging has caught on among winemakers, many craft brewers are using old whiskey barrelsalong with many other barrelsto add layers of nuance to their brews. Join us as Boulevard Brewing Company stops by to teach us about the processes and variations of barrel aging different styles of beers. And of course, sample through different examples of each!
