Meet Rodolfo "Opi" Sadler, winemaker at Mascota Vineyards and creator of Unanime, our No. 1 wine of the year! We'll sample this best-selling Cabernet-based blend, with its luscious balance of dark fruit, chocolate, black pepper and silky tannins. And we'll pour additional examples of Sadler's work, including fine Malbecs and sparkling wine from his renowned Argentine vineyards.
