Alsace, France- A very rich wine showing bold flavors but in a delicate way. The nose is expressive of nuts, roasted almonds, and spices. Carries a hint of sweetness, but the acidity hides it flawlessly. Very good wine to use with all sorts of foods that are complex, rich and spicy.
