Join us for an immersive tasting experience featuring the legendary Mezcals of Del Maguey — the pioneering brand that introduced artisanal, single-village Mezcal to the world. Founded by visionary artist Ron Cooper, Del Maguey works directly with Zapotec and Mixtec producers in rural villages across Oaxaca and Puebla, preserving traditional production methods that date back centuries. Each expression is crafted using ancient techniques: earthen pit roasting, natural fermentation and small copper pot distillation.
