Event Details

Join us for an introductory class where we’ll learn about Nicaraguan rum, Flor de Caña. Since 1890, this rum has been naturally aged at the base of an active volcano. During the class, we’ll learn about the origins of sugar cane, how rum is produced, their brand history and their unique aging process. We will also have the chance to sample aged rums from 7, 12, 18 and 25-years old.
