St George Breaking & Entering American Whiskey

USA- A balanced and not overly sweet palate. Honey and toffee on the entry, white pepper, wood spices, and slightly bitter burned caramel. The finish is lively and bright with corn mash and a hint of honey and orange peel. A great middle ground sweetness.
