China - The way to do is to be. Jiang Xiang, or sauce aroma, ABV 53%, made from sorghum, wheat and large qu. Grains fermented then steamed 9 times with distillation blends. Sauce aroma is named for lingering finish similar to soy sauce. Mixes well in amaro-based cocktails.
