Ireland- Dair Ghaelach aged 15-28 years in Bourbon Barrels then finished for two years in Virgin Irish Oak from the Knockrath Forest. Nose of toasted wood, with hints of vanilla and coffee. Classic pot still taste with sweet notes of honeycomb and chocolate. Long fruity yet spicy finish
