Japan- This is a blend of Sherry and Brandy cask whiskeys that are finished in cherry wood casks for 9months sourced from local wood. This extra aging rounds out the final product, taming some of the sweetness of the sherry, and rounding out the edges that can pop out in rice whiskey.
