Switzerland- Larusee Absinthe Bleue is crafted in Neuchatel Switzerland by Master Distiller Jean-Pierre Candaux and Nicolas Nyfeler. The two launched what is now recognized as one of the country's best artisanal distillate in 2012 using only local ingredients and a 120l pot still.
