Mexico - 42% - Rarámuri Sotol is made from the wild Dasylirion Wheeleri. The hearts of the plant are cooked in pit ovens over mesquite wood for 3to 4days, then fermented & distilled. The result is a fresh, aromatic Sotol with a delicate smoky note.
