Panama - This unadulterated rum is aged for a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels and bottles at 90 proof. Smooth, rich and oily on the palate with flavors of vanilla, spice and dried fruits. The finish is full of warm oak with a hint of cane sugar and bourbon sweetness.
