Florida - Flying Cloud (the name of Al Capone's yacht) is born of Prohibition Rum, when bootleggers would smuggle rum into Florida and blend it with rum made in Florida. This is a blend of 5 year El Salvadorian Rum and 2 year Florida Rum, then aged for an additional 8 months in cask.
