Product Highlights

Colorado- We place Bear Creek Silver Rum into once used Bourbon barrels at 120 proof. Spirit rests there for a minimum of 18 months. As some evaporation occurs, the proof goes up. The barrel imparts a whiskey finish. Very approchable for an overproofed Rum.
