Germany- Eifel's Peated Duo Malt is a blend of malted wheat, unpeated malted barley, and heavily peated malted barley. The non-peated malts first fill into the Bordeaux casks, while the peated spirit is aged in re-charred red wine casks. Aged 7 Years minimum.
