Scotland-This single malt from the Highlands is aged in handpicked bourbon casks. The nose is filled with a light medley of sweet nuttiness and orchard fruits. A pleasant texture on the mouth with flavors of biscuit and ripe pear. The finish is subtle with dry, cleaning wisps of smoke.
