Speyside, Scotland - Auchroisk (pronounce Oth-rusk) in gaelic means 'shallow ford across the red stream'. The pronounciation was deemed to difficult, so in the mid-1980s it was rebranded 'The Singleton', before being changed back in 2001. Style is full, fruity and quite estery.
