Speyside, Scotland - Pronounced "dal-u-ayn" which is Gaelic for "green valley." Often described as sherryish, Dailuaine is a full-bodied, after dinner malt. Rich sweetness on the palate that gives way to poached pears and biscuits. A drop or two of water helps to open it up.
