Korea - Jangsu Omijaju aims to revive the five flavors of the omija, or magnolia berry: sour, bitter, spicy, sweet, and salty. It is produced by adding alcohol to the omija wine that has been aged for 3 years. Sweet on the front, with some astringency on the mid-palate.
