Mexico - Brick oven cooked, tahona crushed, and aged in American oak barrels giving off aromas of baking spices, fruit, and burnt caramel. On the palate its sweetness translates into vanilla, cinnamon, toffee, and fruity banana with a lingering robust finish of honeyed oak and caramel.
