Mexico- Silky and rich taste with vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, and custard flavors. Also has notes of almond and cherry. Finishes with a little sweetness and lingering oak. Aged in former whisky barrels of American oak for fourteen to fifteen months to achieve a subtle wood character
