Mexico - Aged 18 months in second-use American oak whiskey barrels that are re-roasted in Mexico to a medium toast. Single barrels of anejo selected, filtered to remove the color, but careful to maintain the flavor of aging. Oak, stone fruit and white pepper with a velvety finish.
