Mexico- Aged in American oak barrels for 9 weeks. Short aging helps preserve the firm and intense agave flavor. Gala apples, pear, vanilla, caramel, white pepper and slightly smoked agave. Butter, clove and sandalwood will appear after some decanting time has passed.
