Jalisco, Mexico - 100% Blue Agave aged six - 12 months in Scotch barrels. The color is a pale straw befitting the used oak with a nose of creamy spice, cinnamon and ginger plus some stewed agave. A flash of pepper gives way to a spicy, fruity finish.
