United States - Wisconsin - A traditional Farmhouse Saison brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, and Munich 10 malts. Fermented with an expressive Belgian yeast strain and dry-hopped with Azacca hops.

United States - Wisconsin - A West Coast Triple IPA with Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata hops. Expect extra dank hops with some alcohol balanced by a robust malt foundation.

United States - Wisconsin - Imperial Milk Stout brewed with cacao nibs, coffee, house-toasted hazelnuts, and milk sugar, aged in Bourbon barrels for between 11 and 20 months. Contains lactose.

United States - Wisconsin - "Before the Barrel" is a preview of a stout bound for barrels. The recipe was designed to be fruity and chocolate-forward so after it was done again in Bourbon/Maple Syrup barrels it was reminiscent of pancakes with fruit. THIS BEER IS NOT BARREL AGED.
