United States - Indiana - Saison co-fermented with Chilean Ulmo Honey. The beer has a wonderful French saison character with a raw wheat backbone. The honey had notes of eucalyptus and mint but expresses itself as a floral bouquet within the aroma of this beer.

Indiana- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 7.0% ABV. Gooey is a expressive, hop & yeast driven IPA. We used the new Strata hop that gives notes of pink lemonade, grapefruit, strawberry and some get a wafting cannabis type dankness.
