United States - New Jersey - Wave those stars and stripes for this classic American-style pale ale. Brewed with pils and caramalt malt and dry hopped with Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops result in an enjoyable balance of flavors in one easy drinking beer.

Minnesota- American Amber/Red Ale- Pours a clear amber/reddish color. The aroma boasts notes of sweet caramel malts and light floral hops. Pale malts and sweet caramel are the stars of this beer's flavor and are supported by a touch of bitter hops.

Arizona- American Pale Ale- 6.2% ABV. We collaborated with Boneyard Brewing to create a juicy Pale Ale with the recently released Star Party with Cascade hops in the mash, Centennial hops in the whirlpool, and Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook as dry hop additions.

Florida- American Blonde Ale- 5.0% ABV. A light bodied, approachable, and easy-drinking choice that features a touch more hop character than a standard blonde ale. Vega is a first magnitude star that is especially beautiful and bright in the summer skies of the northern hemisphere.

California- American IPA- 7.0% ABV. This hop-bursted, San Diego-style IPA is written in the stars with an easy bitterness and a stellar tropical fruit aroma. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Blanc hops lend notes of guava, pineapple, blueberry, and pine, for a classic San Diego brew.

United States - Oregon - This Collaboration Series is named after the Triangulum Constellation that can be viewed in northern sky, formed by the three bright stars of Beta, Gamma & Alpha. Beers in this series will feature Ecliptic and two other breweries forming the Triangulum.

United States - Pennsylvania - A New England style Pale ale brewed with the all-star combination of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Notes of pineapple and clementine up front with guava, mango, and lingering apricot. Get lost in the clouds.

NC- American Stout- 5.3% ABV. Roasty, chocolatey notes accompanied by a healthy dose of sea salt and subtle sweetness on the finish. The stars have aligned and provided this perfectly balanced stout!

United States - Connecticut - Bright, Citrusy, and Gently spiced. The Belgian yeast that we import from Belgium is the star of the show, imparting rich spice notes. Cheers!!

United States - New Mexico - A blend of bourbon barrel aged stout conditioned on whole mexican vanilla beans, Cinnamon sticks & a light dusting of star anise. A sweet seasonal treat paying homage to the official state cookie the Biscochito.
