Mexico - This Destilado de Agave (Mezcal) is made in the Puebla region of Mexico. This is a uniquely savory Pechuga made by adding to the agave during it's distillation a mole sauce made of chocolate, apples, bananas, chile mulato, chile ancho and cinnamon among other spices.

Mexico - 47.9% - Mezcalero “Tio” Pedro Hernandez makes his mezcal in the ancestral style and distills in small clay pots in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. It smells like an herb e garden, with notes of dill, dirt, peppers, tomato leaf and celery.
