Aecht Schlenkerla Lager

Germany- Marzen/Oktoberfest. 5.4% While it's known for its intense smoke character, there's a lot more to it than just that - it's excellently balanced and incredibly drinkable. This version is unfiltered, just like it is served in Bamberg.

Germany- Rauchbier- 6.6% ABV. Pours a deep amber-red hue. A Bock strength beer with malts that have been smoked to perfection. Similar in flavor and aroma to the classic Schlenkerla Rauchbier Marzen, however this is a bigger beer. Complex in character, it's a sweet, smoky, bitter joy!

Germany - Cherry wood smoked red lager. Barley malt is dried over fire made of cherry wood instead of beech. Cherry wood provides a fruity, sweet aroma and copper-red color. Fine aroma hops add berry notes to this full-bodied, pleasantly quaffable beer.

Germany- Rauchbier- 8% ABV. Pours a deep, clear amber color. "Schlenkerla Oak Smoke" is a Doppelbock beer brewed with 100% oak wood smoke-kilned malt imparting a smoother, more multi layered smoky note than the aromatic Beech Smoke Malt. Complex smokiness pairs with Hallertau hops.

Germany - A black lager made with malt dried over an alder wood fire instead of the usual beech wood. Alder wood has a fine smoky character that is nuanced and complex. A high roasted malt content yields robust aromas and the dark, almost black color.

Germany- Munich Helles Lager- 4.3% ABV. Brewed with fine Bavarian aroma hops from the area around Nurnberg. Boiled in the same copper kettles and bottom fermented by the same yeast as the historic Schlenkerla Rauchbier, imparting a smokiness without using smoked maltsfor a unique beer.

Germany- Rauchbier- 5.5% ABV. Different from the Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Maerzen, the Lentbier is made with 50% UNSMOKED Pilsner malt, 50% classic Aecht Schlenkerla beechwood smoked malt, Spalt & Hallertauer hops. This unfiltered lager is matured for 2 months.

Germany- Rauchbier- Pours a hazy tawny amber color. A Bavarian wheat beer brewed with a mix of both barley malt and wheat malt; the portion of barley malt in this brew is classic Schlenkerla smokemalt. The wheat malt remains un-smoked, and the beer unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Nice!

Germany - Schlenkerla Weichsel is smoked over the highest grade cherry wood that delivers wonderful smoke aromas. The base style is the Historic "Nuernberger Rotbier" (red beer); a bottom-fermenting lager with a deep reddish color.

Germany- Doppelbock. This style of beer generally offers toasted malty sweetness and relatively high alcohol content. This style pairs well with a variety of foods including various meats, custard, and chocolates.
